Consultation
You tell us what you expect from the trip - style of travel, destinations, length, budget and any special requirements. We listen and ask for additional details to fully understand your wishes and ideas.
Itinerary proposal
Based on the consultation , we will prepare a draft itinerary including accommodation, recommended activities and local guides. After further consultation, we will fine-tune the itinerary together until it is perfect.
Preparation
We take care of all the bookings - flights, hotels, transfers, guides and tickets. You will receive a clear "travel pack" from us with contacts, a day-by-day itinerary and tips on packing and local customs. An important part of this is the 24/7 contact at the location.
Support on the road
A 24-hour helpline and local assistance in English is available during your trip. Whenever you need a change of plan, advice or emergency assistance, just give us a call and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly and to your liking.

Booking starts with a short consultation with our travel specialist, where together we define your wishes, dates and budget. We will then prepare a personalized offer, which we will edit together until it is perfect. After final contract approval and deposit payment, we take care of all logistics - from accommodation and transportation to exclusive experiences.
