Southern France with treks and pilates

Day 1, 04. 10.
Flight Czech Republic (Prague) > France (Nice)

Flight from Prague to Nice (time to be specified according to the flight schedule), upon arrival in Nice we will be transferred by private minibus to our hotel near the town of Cavalaire sur-Mer. The transfer takes about 2 hours.

Day 2, 05.10.
Coastal trek Sentier du Littoral

• Morning Pilates

After breakfast, our first coastal trek awaits us, starting right at our hotel. We will follow the coastline through the famous Gigaro (Gendarme and Gendarme) beach to the outcrop of Cap Lardier. The views are spectacular, with the possibility of swimming in beautiful coves with crystal clear water along the way. The trek, which is about 16 km long, alternates between rocky passages, fragrant pine groves and inviting sandy beaches.

Day 3, October 06
Day trip Saint Tropez - Port Grimaud - Grimaud - Gassin - visit to Château de Chausse winery

After breakfast, we'll head out on the trail of the legendary Gendarme Cruchot portrayed by by the incomparable Louis de Funès.

We start in Saint-Tropezthe famous seaside town on the Côte d'Azur, famous for its luxurious marina full of yachts, lively art scene and bohemian atmosphere. This place is an icon of the French Riviera, where stars, tourists and lovers of beautiful beaches and nightlife come together. We will visit the famous Gendarmerie station, walk the harbour, go up to the citadel and enjoy the authentic French market on the Place des Lices.

Our next stop will be in Port Grimaud, nicknamed the "Venice of Provence", a unique little port town spread over 7 canals. Its network of tranquil canals is lined with pastel-coloured houses with their own jetties for yachts, creating a picturesque setting ideal for romantic walks and small boat cruises.

The town Grimaud will be our next destination. Grimaud is a picturesque medieval village in the heart of Provence, famous for its narrow streets, stone houses and the impressive ruins of an 11th century castle that offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Grimaud has an authentic Provençal atmosphere full of history, with its Romanesque church, historic square and traditional windmill. It is the ideal place for a quiet walk, discovering history and enjoying the true beauty of the south of France.

The last picturesque village will be Gassin, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Côte d'Azur and the surrounding countryside. Gassin is also a popular destination for wine drinkers as it produces quality wines from the Côtes de Provence region.

We will end our trip with a wine tasting at the Château de Chausse winery .

Day 4, 07 October

This day we will relax, each of us in our own way. On the beautiful sandy beach, by the hotel pool, in the town of Cavalaire and its taverns or by visiting the markets in Cavalaire.

Day 5, 08.10.
Trekking in the Massif des Maures

After breakfast, we will embark on our next trek in the Massif des Maures, an experience for all lovers of the wild Mediterranean nature: from dense pine and oak forests to rocky ridges and wide views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

This is a circuit, the length of the route is approximately 12 km.

This day we will relax, each of us in our own way. On the beautiful sandy beach, by the hotel pool, in the town of Cavalaire and its tavernas or by visiting the nearby town of La Croix Valmer.

Day 7, 10/10
Coastal trek from Cavalaire sur-Mer via Bonporteau beach to Rayol sur Mer and back

• Morning Pilates

After breakfast, we'll head out for another coastal trek. This trek will take us to a beautiful Mediterranean landscape full of fragrant pine trees, rocky cliffs and clear sea. We will pass through picturesque coves and beaches where we can relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of the south of France. The whole route there and back is approximately 17km long, enriched by swimming and, if you wish, a visit to the beautiful botanical garden of Rayol.

Day 8, 31 May
Transfer from the hotel to the airport and fly home

Departure by private air-conditioned minibus to Nice airport and flight to Prague.
